How do you go about personal development. I tried reading books and that is where I got stuck.

I tried reading, it was a challenge. I listen to podcasts and watch certain educative YouTube channels.
Before settling on the two I had several failures, even enrolling for courses but I just could not concentrate

For me I take micro and short online skill-based courses. It works for me because of my line of work.
Short, frequent learning sessions in the form of skills-based online courses are king for me, then I also read a few books here and there, though I am not big on reading
