In any organization have you ever noticed even when learning and development is implemented some teams are normally left out.

For example, how does the guard at the company gate go through the L&D process? Who even remembers to include them in L&D? Yet they are important to the company as any other employees.

@Kandie, that’s a very interesting perspective. I had never thought of it like that, but truth be told, all the companies I have worked at, I have never seen what would be categorized as other staff (Security staff, catering team, grounds team) being considered in L&D sessions or even when planning.

It has been on my Mind for a while. I think teams in charge of L&D should pick this up
